Those fourth-quarter figures represented increases of 13% in non-GAAP net income and 17% in non-GAAP earnings per share. For fiscal full-year 2026, non-GAAP net income was $25.3 billion, or $13.27 a share.

Excluding transactions within Europe, cross-border volume increased 14% in the fourth quarter and 12% for the full year. Visa measured those volume changes in constant dollars.
Processed transactions increased 10% in the fourth quarter and 9% for the full year. Share repurchases and dividends totaled $5.2 billion for the fourth quarter and $25.6 billion for the full year.
Visa submitted the results in an Oct. 27 Form 8-K filing under Item 2.02, covering operating results and financial condition. The examination covered SEC filings dated Oct. 24-28 from 24 large U.S. listed companies and financial institutions.
