EL PASO, Texas, Jan. 31, 2017 -- The Board of Directors of the general partner of Western Refining Logistics, LP (NYSE:WNRL) declared a quarterly cash distribution for the fourth quarter 2016 of $0.4375 per unit, or $1.75 per unit on an annualized basis. This distribution represents a 3.6 percent increase over the quarterly distribution of $0.4225 per unit paid in November 2016, and is the 12th consecutive increase in the quarterly distribution. The fourth quarter distribution will be paid on March 1, 2017, to all unitholders of record at the close of market on February 13, 2017.
