Alphen aan den Rijn, Netherlands, Nov. 15, 2016 -- Wolters Kluwer Health announces that it has today completed the acquisition of Emmi Solutions for a total net consideration of $170 million (€158 million) in cash following termination of the waiting period under the U.S. Hart-Scott-Rodino Act. The agreement to acquire Emmi was originally announced on October 4, 2016.
