Wolters Kluwer Completes Divestment of Transport Services
June 30, 2017 - Wolters Kluwer today announces that it has completed the divestment of its Transport Services unit, following conclusion of the employee consultation process.
The receipt of a binding offer to sell the unit was originally announced on April 7, 2017.
