KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, Feb. 22, 2018 -- Zhilabs announced today that it will equip Celcom Axiata Berhad´s Customer Intelligence and Analytics Division with FlowSight, a solution that provides Real-Time End-to-End Subscriber-level visibility from RAN to Packet/IMS Core.

- Perform informed capacity and network planning via Geolocated RAN Analytics to properly expand network, including value-based capacity planning (invest where the ROI is expected to be higher).
- Obtain a business view of the network and prioritize troubleshooting based on the business impact of problems.
- Understand the impact of new handsets, OTT applications and VAS services as they penetrate Celcom network.
- Achieve a Single Subscriber View of Customer Journey: I Buy, I Use, I Reconsider.
Zhilabs FlowSight uses advanced machine-learning technology to operate on encrypted traffic (video Quality of Experience) and offers Axiata Celcom an Open Data environment based on Hadoop/Spark.
