ZoneTV and TV4 Entertainment Reach Programming Agreement

SANTA MONICA, Calif., Aug. 24, 2016 -- ZoneTV, a media company that bridges the gap between the OTT and Pay TV worlds, has reached a multi-channel content agreement with TV4 Entertainment to launch four, action channels on its platform.  ZoneTV brings the best made for digital content to the cable and satellite ecosystem. ZoneTV's On-Demand Channel Service carries over twenty brand destinations and is presently in over 8 million US and Canadian households.  ZoneTV's model is to create and maintain the channels on its advanced cloud platform, and then distribute and monetize them on the pay TV operator's set top box, for discovery by consumers in the electronic program guide.

TV4 Entertainment has created a portfolio of exciting genre-specific broadband television networks that target passionate audiences with great storytelling.  The first four Channels of this multi-channel agreement will target the action audience:

• GoneTV - Everything you would want to know about fishing and hunting.
