BARCELONA, Spain, Feb. 22, 2016 -- At Mobile World Congress, Amdocs (NASDAQ:DOX), the leading provider of customer experience solutions, today announced new partnership agreements with Adobe and frog. Combining compelling digital experiences driven by Adobe, experience strategy and design from frog, and unparalleled communications domain expertise and solutions from Amdocs, the new partnerships will enable service providers to offer a superior experience across the entire customer journey, on any channel or screen the customer chooses.
Amdocs helps service providers deliver a personalized, contextual and consistent customer experience across channels, while maximizing monetization of digital channels. Amdocs’ products and services in this area include strategic planning and experience design and development of digital channels, Digital Care and Commerce and Retail Experience solutions, along with API management and digital testing. To deliver the best, complete digital experience, Amdocs utilizes its own intellectual property and complements it with a best-of-breed ecosystem of partners.
“In the age of digital immediacy, where customers increasingly expect to rely on digital channels, service providers must deliver great online experiences or they will lose customers to someone who can,” said Chris Williams, head of global marketing at Amdocs. “Together with Adobe and frog, we are helping service providers establish a new level of customer affinity, delivering experiences which are truly valuable to the individual and which consumers today expect to receive, and with that, increase digital channel adoption and reduce cost to serve.”
Adobe Marketing Cloud supports Amdocs’ ability to leverage insights from service provider business support systems (BSS) and customer behavioral data to deliver personalized and contextual digital channel design and marketing, consistently across all channels. Amdocs’ partnership with frog combines frog’s customer journey and usability insights with Amdocs’ in-depth knowledge of service provider operational environments, connecting the digital experience to the back-end business processes and feeding into Amdocs’ channel strategy creation.
“Service providers need to capitalize on the opportunity to transform digital experiences. Strong content, analytics, and personalization capabilities will enable them to better position the growing range of services and differentiate their brands across all channels,” said Aseem Chandra, vice president, Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Target, Adobe. “Our joint customers will be delighted by the meaningful and engaging experiences that Amdocs and Adobe will deliver.”
“The omni-channel experiences we orchestrate across the entire customer journey define a user’s understanding of a brand and are critical for business success,” said Tjeerd Hoek, Vice President at frog. “Our clients want to transform not just their offering, but also their organization. Together with Amdocs, we have the possibility to really help service providers be both more user-centered and hit their KPI targets by realizing digital and physical experiences that are expressive, on brand, and efficiently built for regional or global scales.”
