Ms. Cicogna has been with Associa since 2012 and has more than 10 years of community association industry experience. She has continued to expand her knowledge through education from the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and has earned the CMCA®, AMS® and PCAM® designations.

Ms. Cicogna earned the Rookie of the Year award in 2010 and 2011, by the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) as well as Volunteer of the Year in 2011 and 2012, and was recognized as Committee Member of the Year also in 2012.
Ms. Cicogna is a member of the Community Association Institute Coachella Valley (CAI-CV) chapter and has volunteered on many committees including serving on their board of directors as the secretary in 2015 and the treasurer in 2016.
