Ben Affleck Out of Rehab?; Jennifer Garner Allegedly Frustrated and Concerned as Her Ex Met Up with Shauna Sexton Again

Ben Affleck was spotted in his home and this surprised many people since everyone knows that he entered rehab just two weeks ago. His appearance in his L.A. neighborhood raised concerns because this may impede his recovery from alcohol addiction.

As mentioned in a report by EconoTimes, the “Batman” star checked into rehab and it was his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, who brought him to a facility in Malibu on Aug. 22. Apparently, the 46-year-old actor had a relapse and this was his third time to be treated for alcoholism.

Jennifer Garner was able to intervene and keep her ex-husband from further damage when she learned that he had been drinking again. Based on reports, the “Alias” actress saw paparazzi pictures of alcohol deliveries to Ben’s house and that was the breaking point. She sprung to action and drove him to rehab to get help.

Prior to Jen’s discovery, Ben Affleck was said to have been holed up in his home and he has been drinking endlessly alone. But there were rumors that his new love interest, Playboy model Shauna Sexton, was with him most of the time.

Now, E! News reported that Ben Affleck did not really leave the rehab yet. It was explained that the actor came out of the facility for a few hours only and he was back to continue his treatment.

So, why would he leave when he is still under treatment? A source said that Ben is only allowed to go out when he has to work out.

"He travels to and from in-patient to work out. He is accompanied by his therapist and coach," the source told E! News. It was added that this setup is actually "all part of his regime outline by his rehab."

At any rate, during his brief time outside of the rehab, Ben Affleck also met up with his rumored girlfriend, Shauna Sexton, in his Pacific Palisades home on Wednesday.

The 22-year-old model’s presence was confirmed when her car was spotted at Ben’s pad and this meeting allegedly made Jennifer Garner worried and frustrated. According to Entertainment Tonight, since Ben’s friends have concerns about his relationship with Shauna -- reportedly because she is not sober -- Jen is upset that they still hang out.

"She is a huge, red flag to everyone that is trying to support Ben with his process,” the insider supposedly told ET. “Shauna is giving him false confidence and that is their biggest concern."

Meanwhile, Jennifer Garner is busy promoting her new movie, “Peppermint,” which will premiere on Sept. 7. She looked stunning when she stepped out in New York City on Wednesday to tape “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.” There is no sign that she is distressed following Ben Affleck’s rehab confinement.
