COSTA MESA, Calif., Nov. 11, 2016 -- El Pollo Loco (Nasdaq:LOCO), the nation's leading fire-grilled chicken chain, opened its newest location in Bishop, CA. The new El Pollo Loco, located at 785 N. Main Street is owned and operated by franchise partner Sierra Pollo, Inc. The new restaurant marks the first location to open in Bishop and the sixth El Pollo Loco restaurant operated by the owners of Sierra Pollo, Inc.

The 3,200 square foot restaurant has seating for 75 guests and incorporates the brand’s ‘Hacienda Design,’ which highlights an open kitchen layout which allows for guests to view El Pollo Loco’s signature chicken as it is fire-grilled. The restaurant will be open Sunday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
