George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin got married in September 2014 and they have 1-year-old twins named Alexander and Ella. They recently celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary and now it is being reported that the couple is breaking up.
Globe (via Gossip Cop) reported that George Clooney decided to divorce Amal Alamuddin due to her alleged demanding behavior that makes him feel miserable. It was added that the “Tomorrowland” actor is preparing to file a $1 billion divorce case since he and Amal always fight even over trivial things and he got tired of it.
“They fight over everything, large and small, and he’s getting so tired of getting beaten down by her intellect and superior way of speaking that he’s willing to walk,” the source supposedly revealed. “They fight over his booze business, their money and his showbiz friends that Amal can’t – or won’t – relate to.”
Amal is also said to hate George Clooney’s friends so she is rude to them and the actor hates this. New Idea further claimed that George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin’s issues with marriage got really serious when the actor broke some bones following his scooter accident. The tabloid wrote that the barrister told her husband over and over again that he should not ride scooters. However, he reportedly refused to listen so she "blew up at him after the accident, but he kind of smiled and shrugged it off.”
According to Gossip Cop, this story is false and totally flawed. George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin are not getting divorced and the reasons stated are ridiculous. In fact, Amal Alamuddin is known to be close to her husband’s circle of friends like Rande Gerber, his wife Cindy Crawford, Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox and even the royal couple Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.
Some of these A-list personalities even hanged out with George and Amal in their London villa and everyone seemed to enjoy each other’s company. GC added that Globe’s claim about Amal’s pregnancy with baby no. 3 is another false narrative.
Simply, Gossip Cop pointed out there is no evidence to prove that George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin have filed for divorce. The couple is not always bickering due to booze, money or trivial things. The truth is that they do not have these kinds of issues in their marriage and their relationship is stronger than ever.
