Fans can probably expect the two-hour premiere episode to focus on how Alex and Jo will deal with the news about Jo's acceptance into Mass Gen's fellowship program after their wedding.

Vernoff's choice of words for “Grey's Anatomy” season 15's theme may also extend to Teddy Altman (Kim Raver) revealing her pregnancy during the series finale.
