Blake Shelton’s love for Gwen Stefani is so big that he will support her in whatever stresses her out. The love of Miranda Lambert's ex for his current girlfriend was recently put on display again when the “Hollaback Girl” had to enter mediation with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale.
According to Hollywood Life, Blake Shelton stayed by Gwen Stefani’s side and cheered her up during the stressful and demanding time. A source reportedly told the magazine, “Blake has been a total rock for Gwen as she deals with stressful mediation with Gavin over different parenting issues and styles.” The source went on to say, “Blake can’t do much more than listen and be loving and supportive as Gwen battles with Gavin over custody issues and how she wants to raise the boys.”
As reported by EconoTimes, Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale were forced to enter mediation because the two of them do not see eye to eye when it comes to their own parenting ways. The former couple sought the help of their respective lawyers and reportedly spent one whole day in a legal office to find a solution.
There is no report yet as to the outcome of the mediation but everyone is hoping that the two will settle soon and agree on the terms. They were awarded joint custody of their three kids -- Kingston, 12, Zuma, 10, and Apollo, 4 -- so resolving the issue as soon as possible will be more advantageous to both sides.
It has been three years since Gwen and Gavin announced their divorce and it was already settled too. The former is now in a relationship with Blake Shelton and they have been together for three years.
Although Blake and Gwen have no wedding plans yet, there is no sign that their love and care for one another has dwindled. In fact, the love just seems to grow stronger every day and they are obviously happy.
