NAPLES, Fla., Nov. 14, 2016 -- House of Flyte, an AntiGravity® Fitness studio located in Naples, FL, is celebrating its one year anniversary by hosting an open house this Wednesday, November 16th, from 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM. The open house will include libations, pop-up shops, a raffle, games and classes all day long. Free Flytes will be offered to first-timers to experience all House of Flyte has to offer!
House of Flyte, a boutique fitness studio, is dedicated to promoting overall health and well-being by offering AntiGravity® Fitness classes. AntiGravity® Fitness is a comprehensive fitness technique that focuses on increasing strength and flexibility, all while using the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock. This unique type of exercise is intended to decompress the spine and align the body from head to toe, while lengthening and strengthening the muscles.
House of Flyte owner and lead Flyte attendant, Candice Kochenour, believes that Aerial Yoga AntiGravity® Fitness is the best form of exercise for people of all ages not only because of the zero compression movements and stretching, but because it is a fun, unique workout for all fitness levels.
House of Flyte offers different types of AntiGravity® classes, including Pilates, Fundamentals, Decompression, Restorative Yoga, Suspension Fitness, Aerial Yoga, AIRBarre, and AntiGravity® Kids. Each class is designed with modifications in mind to accommodate both beginners and advanced students.
The studio, conveniently located in the Shoppes at Vanderbilt, also offers an on-site juice bar with fresh pressed juices and an exclusive selection of workout clothing and accessories.
