VANCOUVER, B.C., March 07, 2018 -- Intrinsyc Technologies Corporation (TSX:ITC) (OTC:ISYRF) (“Intrinsyc” or the “Company”), a leading provider of solutions for the development of intelligent connected devices, today announced that it has entered into a line of credit facility with a major Canadian chartered bank of CDN$4.4 million (the “LOC Facility”).
“We feel that it is appropriate to have available a credit facility which may be used to fund our anticipated long-term growth,” stated Tracy Rees, Chief Executive Officer, Intrinsyc Technologies Corporation.
The LOC Facility is available based upon the Company’s accounts receivable and inventory assets and is secured by a general security agreement over the Company’s assets. The LOC Facility bears interest at chartered bank’s prime lending rate plus 1.11% with no standby charge and does not include any covenants for the Company.
