LAS VEGAS, Jan. 08, 2018 -- Jasco, leader in consumer electronics, LED lighting and mobility products, today announces the general availability of its EcoSurvivor product line partnered with MMA fighter, Justin Wren, with 50 percent of net proceeds benefitting the Water4 charity to end the global water crisis.
The outdoor tech accessories include rugged LED lanterns, water-resistant battery packs, Bluetooth speakers and more durable tech accessories. Each product from the EcoSurvivor line is designed for rugged durability and strikes the perfect balance between form and function without ever sacrificing performance. Whether you need portable power combined with LED lighting or a Bluetooth speaker that charges your phone, EcoSurvivor dual purpose products are durable, versatile and always ready for the next adventure.
The biggest challenge for millions of people today is access to clean water. Women in Africa walk an average distance of 3.75 miles to collect water and 80 percent of illnesses in developing countries are linked to poor water and sanitation conditions. Partnered with Justin Wren, Jasco is helping the fight to end the water crisis by pledging 50 percent of EcoSurvivor net proceeds to clean water projects with Water4 – a nonprofit organization empowering people to eradicate their own water crisis through entrepreneurship, education and technology.
“The statistics around the global water crisis are alarming, claiming the lives of over 2,000 children under the age of 5 every day. That’s one life nearly every 20 seconds due to waterborne illness,” said Cameron Trice, CEO of Jasco. “By combining our product and LED lighting expertise with the support from Justin Wren and partnership with Water4, we’re dedicated to ending the water crisis in our lifetime and believe our EcoSurvivor brand can help make a crisis become history.”
Beyond donating proceeds for every EcoSurvivor product purchased, Jasco is incorporating philanthropy into its booth experience to reach thousands at one of the largest trade shows in the United States – the Consumer Electronics Show (CES). Jasco will match all donations to Water4 made during the show dollar-for-dollar up to $1,000 for individual donations and up to $20,000 total.
