It now seems like not a week goes by without at least one pregnancy-related rumor getting published by various blogs and papers about Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx. But, again, these kinds of reports are easily dismissed.
Most recently, Gossip Cop took note of a report claiming that Holmes and Foxx are now ready to have their own child. The said account was from a source of Star, who also reportedly said, “Katie’s been desperate to settle down with Jamie and make this work as a committed relationship.”
Star’s report further asserted that Holmes’s 12-year-old daughter, Suri Cruise, is “begging for a little sister for years now.” However, the celebrity news fact-checking outlet asked for a comment from Holmes’s spokesperson, who shut down the recent rumor as “untrue.”
Aside from having a baby, the purported source of Star added that Katie Holmes wants her and Jamie Foxx to settle down in New York City and be a “traditional family.” This information was, again, denied by Holmes’s rep and told Gossip Cop that such a report is “is not true.”
These kinds of dubious reports do not stop no matter how secretive Holmes and Foxx decide to be when it comes to their relationship. Aside from pregnancy rumors, the couple was also subjected to other inaccurate stories, such as a failed marriage plan and an ugly breakup.
For one, there was a story ran by Radar earlier this year claiming that Holmes and Foxx had broken up due to “trust issues.” The same report added that the split happened after the two had already planned to get married. However, Holmes’s rep, Leslie Sloane, dismissed the report and told PEOPLE in late June, “The Radar story is 100 percent untrue.”
Reports that Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx are dating started way back in 2013. Neither of them responded to any of these claims to confirm the status of their relationship. But they were photographed in 2017 walking while holding hands in Malibu. The said photo essentially confirmed that Holmes and Foxx are officially an item. But the two decided to continue keeping their relationship very private.
