Lee Min Ho’s “The King: The Eternal Monarch” is already airing and it seems that he wants his fans to see how happy he was on the set while they were still filming. This week, the actor shared a behind-the-scenes video on his YouTube channel and everyone can see he had a great time while working.
Min Ho bonds with his animal co-star
It can also be noted that Min Ho became affectionate towards his horse in the drama called Maximus. In most parts of the clip, he can be seen getting close to the horse and they sort of having their bonding time which is really cute. He pets and feeds the gentle animal and Min Ho seems to be doing this routine whenever they’re on break.
Drama recap
In any case, Lee Min Ho’s “The King: The Eternal Monarch” is currently airing on Netflix and SBS. It is already in its fourth episode and it is getting exciting as Jung Tael Eul finally saw King Lee Gon’s world. Below is a brief recap of the previous story.
Tae Eul, the lady detective that Lee Gon was looking for in a long time, was finally found by him. Of course, the detective doesn’t believe his story due to the supernatural nature of his stories. After coming to the Republic, Lee Gon also discovered that there are many people in his world who also exist in another world but they have completely different characters.
In “The King: The Eternal Monarch” episode 4, Lee Gon finally discovered how he could go back and forth between the Republic and his Kingdom. He learned that the key to the portal was the flute that his uncle Lee Lim also has.
On this discovery, he is starting to realize that his uncle who also murdered his father already knows about the secret door in the bamboo forest and that could be the reason why they could not find him. On the other hand, Lee Lim became nervous as he felt that his nephew who he tried to kill more than two decades ago had crossed the door as well.
“The King: The Eternal Monarch” episode 4 ended with Lee Gon finally showing Jung Tae Eul where he came from. He let her ride Maximus as they cross the portal together and after landing in the Kingdom, Jo Yeong and the other royal guards were waiting for them.
Lee Min Ho’s “The King: The Eternal Monarch” episode 5 will air on May 5 at 9 p.m., as per My Drama List.
