During the dedication ceremony, the keys to the new house will be given to LaShand Coleman and her children, Dhestini and Dwayne “D.J.” The shipyard has partnered with Habitat for Humanity Peninsula and Greater Williamsburg since 2002 to build homes for families in Hampton Roads.
