A new book about Melania Trump is set to hit the shelves on Sept. 1 but it is already making a lot of noise. This is because new shocking claims about the FLOTUS relationship with Donald Trump and his adult children, especially Ivanka Trump, were detailed in the book.

What makes the claims more controversial is the fact that its author Stephanie Winston Wolkoff was a former adviser and friend of the First Lady. They obviously spent a lot of time together at the White House so most people think that what she wrote could be legit.

The details in the book were based on tapes

The bombshell book titled “Melania and Me: The Rise and Fall of My Friendship with the First Lady” is said to contain revelations about Melania Trump. To be more specific, The Sun reported that Wolkoff secretly recorded conversations with the FLOTUS and now she is revealing this to the world.

“In her forthcoming book, Melania Trump's former friend/advisor Stephanie Wolkoff says the First Lady made disparaging remarks about the president and his adult children,” Yashar Ali, a contributor to HuffPost and New York Magazine wrote on Twitter. “Wolkoff taped some of her conversations with Mrs. Trump, sources tell me.”

The reporter further said that he doesn’t have the details of what Melania has said about her husband and his daughter Ivanka Trump. But everyone will know about it soon enough because these will be in Wolkoff's book.

Melania’s close aide denies Wolkoff’s claims in her book

Now, Melania Trump’s chief of staff, Stephanie Grisham, recently spoke about this new controversy and she seems to debunk the allegations that the FLOTUS thrash-talk Donald and his adult children. She said that not even once that she heard Melania said something bad about her husband and her stepchildren.

“No. I’ve never heard Mrs. Trump say anything disparaging about the family,” the Daily Mail quoted Grisham as saying in her interview with MSNBC's Hallie Jackson on Tuesday. “They're a close-knit family. She’s talked about them many times publicly.”

Grisham went on to say that she actually heard a bit about the upcoming book and it seems it is another “one of those books” that people are unfortunately writing. She added that if indeed there were recordings, it is regrettable that the author has taken advantage of her friend Melania Trump and she betrayed her trust too.
