“NCIS: Los Angeles” season 10 episode 6 will show things get more complicated with Shay Mosley, and the issue is still connected to her off-the-books mission to Mexico. The decision to send the NCIS team to the drug cartel-infested country seems to prove that she can’t make the best of decisions as things are heading from bad to worse for her.
In “NCIS: Los Angeles” season 10 episode 6, titled “Asesinos,” Mosley (Nia Long) will go missing after killing a hitman sent by the cartel. In episode 5, the NCIS team, along with Mosley and her son, was included in the cartel’s hit list and apparently, they were already on the move to eliminate them. However, based on the sixth episode’s spoilers, the NCIS's executive assistant director for Pacific operations killed one of the assassins sent for them.
As per CBS’s press release, “NCIS: Los Angeles” season 10 episode 6’s synopsis reads: “The NCIS team attempts to locate Mosley after she murders a cartel hitman and goes off the grid.”
With how Mosley’s character is being portrayed these days, some say that this can be a hint that Nia Long is preparing to leave the show. Her character has gone missing and the production team can either develop a storyline where she cannot be found and they do not have a clue where she went. On the other hand, it is also possible for Mosley to be found dead if Nia Long is indeed leaving.
CarterMatt also pointed out that Nia Long is not in the show’s list of regular cast members, so the bad turn of events for her in “NCIS: Los Angeles” season 10 episode 6 could be an indication of her imminent exit.
Moreover, there are rumors that Marty Deeks is another character who is set to depart from the police procedural drama. TV Insider reported that fans are worried because Eric Christian Olsen may possibly leave as well. Fortunately, when the news reached the actor, he clarified and assured fans that he is staying.
Replying to a fan’s post about his rumored departure from “NCIS: Los Angeles,” Eric wrote on Twitter, "I'm gonna do both until my body gives out or @swrightolsen (his wife Sarah Wright Olsen) kills me."
But what triggered this reaction??

I mean we saw BTS pics and he filmed in all episodes.
In his interview with Wikideeks he mentioned a potential Deeks, M. episode in s10 or s11...
And he replied to a fan few weeks ago that he would both produce and film #ncisla...
