Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are said to be planning to adopt a Syrian baby because the actress has been pestering her husband for a long time already. She wants another baby so she let her husband know.
However, Globe (via New Idea) reported that Keith Urban is not so keen about the adoption because they do not really have to do since they already have two daughters - Sunday, 10, and Faith, 8. An insider said that when Nicole Kidman told her husband about adopting one last child, the plea has fallen on deaf ears as the country singer won’t have it.
'They have two gorgeous daughters, wildly successful careers and their health. He doesn’t understand her utter misery and lack of fulfillment over not being able to have more kids!' the tipster said.
The tabloid reported that a source further relayed to them that Tom Cruise’s ex-wife could not comprehend why her husband Keith Urban is not willing to give in to her wish. It was said that despite her husband’s stance on the matter of adoption, Nicole Kidman is not giving up just yet. She wants her dream realized so she is doing what she can to achieve it.
According to Gossip Cop, this tale about Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s conflict stemming from the former’s desire to adopt is definitely false. The publication can straightly confirm it is not true because it was the actress’ representative who told them so.
Lastly, Nicole Kidman also once said during an interview that she is not looking to expand her family. She also said that she is way past that point now so her focus now is to take care of her family. “I’m very thrilled with what I have,” the actress simply said.
