Part of the “Outlander” season 4 panel interview at SCAD was how charming the show's main cast members were during the interview. Sam Heughan (Jamie Fraser), Caitriona Balfe (Claire Fraser), Richard Rankin (Roger Mackenzie), Sophie Skelton (Briana Randall), and John Bell (Ian Murray) continually joked about their roles on the show. In addition to the “Outlander” season 4 stars, the show's executive producers, Maril Davis and Ronald D. Moore, also joined the cast in their shenanigans.
While the interview touched upon a couple of questions about the upcoming installment's differences from the book, fans will be glad to know that the “Outlander” season 4 stars also talked about steamy details about the show's relationships. One of the standout topics was about Roger and Briana's relationship, with the cast teasing about being unsure if the two lovers will be reunited properly in the upcoming installment.
Entertainment Weekly summarizes some of the best “Outlander” season 4 behind-the-scenes trivia mentioned during the SCAD interview. Some of the more honorable mentions include Heughan doing push-ups and sit-ups before a semi-nude scene, as well as deciding to read negative reviews about the show to cheer up his fellow cast members.
Regardless of whether fans are rooting for Team Roger and Bree or still onboard for Team Jamie and Claire, one sure thing to be thankful for is that droughtlander will be over in less than a week. Fans looking forward to Claire and Jamie Fraser's new adventures in the American wildlands can catch “Outlander” season 4 when it airs its season premiere episode on Nov. 4.
