Peeks Social to Hold Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders

TORONTO, Feb. 14, 2018 -- Peeks Social Ltd. (TSX-V:PEEK) (OTCQB:PKSLF) (“Peeks Social” or “the Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors has called for an annual and special meeting of the Company’s shareholders proposed to be held on March 23, 2018, for the purposes of approving the amalgamation transaction with Personas.com Corporation (see press release dated February 5, 2018), along with other more routine matters.

The record date for the meeting will be February 27, 2018. The information circular containing the details of the matters to be acted upon at the meeting is expected to be mailed on or about March 1, 2018. The meeting will be held at the offices of Gowling WLG (Canada) LLP, at 100 King St W #1600, Toronto, ON, M5X 1G5, at 4:00pm.
