CINCINNATI, Dec. 18, 2017 -- St. Joseph, Missouri is the sexiest city in the United States for 2017 according to Pure Romance, the leader for in-home sales of relationship enhancement products, in its annual list of the 25 Sexiest Cities in America.

The rankings are based on average sales per female 18 years old and older in the city's designated market area (DMA). In 2017 total sales for Pure Romance rose 20% to $225 million.
