“Santa Clarita Diet” season 3 is coming, and Netflix released the promo video to excite the fans for its premiere. The scenes in the trailer are interesting because, aside from Sheila’s (Drew Barrymore) improved gory appetite, she is now asking her husband to join her to eternity as well.
This means that she is suggesting that Joel Timothy Olyphant should consider being bitten now so he can be a zombie like her and they can enjoy the same diet together! But, will Joel turned into undead and be immortal in “Santa Clarita Diet” season 3?
Joel has been a very supportive husband throughout and even tolerated his wife’s fondness for human flesh as her food. However, he is not comfortable with her diet, so he is not keen on joining Sheila to eternity. Moreover, he is also scared of what he might become after turning into a zombie, so he was hesitant to answer when Sheila suggested for him to be bitten.
But then again, because he loves his wife so much, there is a chance he would agree. His decision whether to become immortal or not will be revealed in the early phase of “Santa Clarita Diet” season 5.
Meanwhile, fans can look forward to a more hilarity in “Santa Clarita” season 3 with Sheila being cleared from the murder charges for the death of Gary West (Nathan Fillion). Sheila’s relationship with Mr. Ball Legs will also further explored in the upcoming installment
As shared on Comic Book, the synopsis for “Santa Clarita Diet” reads: “Drew Barrymore and Timothy Olyphant star as married realtors, Sheila and Joel, who are living a quiet life, raising their teenage daughter in Santa Clarita, Calif. Their world unexpectedly changes when Sheila goes through a dramatic transformation that sends her down a road of death and destruction — but leaves her looking and feeling better than ever.”
Netflix will drop “Santa Clarita Diet” season 3 on March 29, and 10 episodes await the fans. Check out the trailer below!
