Shiba Inu leaders Shytoshi Kusama and Kaal Dhairya have granted their first-ever interview, revealing their vision for SHIB's future and addressing recent speculations.
The mysterious head of the Shiba Inu (SHIB) ecosystem has finally spoken out about who he is and what he plans to do with the ecosystem. Even though he has remained evasive since the project began in 2020, Kusama finally spoke with Arabian Business, a media outlet, for an interview.
Kusama Addresses Elon Musk Speculations
Many people thought he was the crypto ecosystem's favorite billionaire, Elon Musk, due to his enigmatic messages, charisma, and impact throughout the years. In response to the allegations, Kusama stated his desire to meet with Musk in person and "show him how it is done."
Aside from his recent trip to India, Shytoshi Kusama has been all the rage in Japan thanks to a string of successful conference appearances. Plans for the Shiba Inu environment are the simple message at all of these gatherings.
SHIB's Potential as a Decentralized Economy
Per U.Today, the developers of Shiba Inu have taken founder Ryoshi's ideas and turned them into a fervent decentralized community on the Web3. The goal of the movement, as pointed out by Shytoshi Kusama, is to expand to become the first decentralized economy worth one trillion dollars. However, this is just the beginning.
Shytoshi Kusama thinks SHIB will be the final link between the Web2 and Web3 worlds, even if less than 5% of the globe is now invested in crypto.
The key founders of Shiba Inu think it has the potential to eventually surpass DOGE, despite its origins as a decentralized initiative with great potential.
While SHIB is valued at $9.79 billion, Dogecoin is proud to tout a valuation of $15.73 billion. The latter has done rather well, especially given that it is larger than the majority of the currently available layer-1 and layer-2 protocols.
Long-Term Strategies for SHIB's Growth
The team has a strategy to make the meme currency project more useful in the long run, which includes things like providing new use cases for Shibarium and burning up excess SHIB supply.
