Twenty-second consecutive quarterly dividend issued by company
Milpitas, California, Jan. 16, 2018 -- Sierra Monitor Corporation (OTCQB: SRMC), a provider of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) solutions that target facility automation and facility safety requirements, today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per share of common stock. The cash dividend will be payable on February 15, 2018 to shareholders of record on February 1, 2018. This is the twenty-second consecutive quarterly dividend to be paid by the company and represents a quarterly payout of $102,040 in aggregate, based on 10,203,995 shares outstanding as of December 31, 2017.
