Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo's marriage may have been pretty high-profile when the two stars of “Descendants of the Sun” decided to get hitched in real life. But this time around, the couple's wedding anniversary seems particularly low-key if not for their fans celebrating the momentous occasion.
Who knew that the Song Song couple's wedding anniversary would be followed by so many fans that even Song Hye Kyo's simple picture of a park is met with anniversary greetings by fans of Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo. Neither of the celebrity couple posted any overt celebration of their anniversary on social media yet the fan greetings kept coming on Oct. 31.

Other's hoped for a sweet wedding anniversary picture from the couple a few days before the actual anniversary's date.

Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo's wedding anniversary kicked up a Twitter storm for the tag #SongSongCouple. Still, much like Song Hye Kyo's personal Instagram page, the couple has been quiet so far about their first wedding anniversary.
In an interview with Esquire Korea (via International Business Times), Song Joong Ki shared that he feels that he and Song Hye Kyo are gladly still in the dating stage of their relationship. The 33-year-old Korean actor also shared his rosy perspective on marriage in general for his fans.
Considering the amount of effort that fans have put in to remember their favorite Korean celebrity couple's wedding anniversary, a public statement from Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo would definitely stir the pot further were it to be released sometime soon. Should no statement or photo of the couple's wedding anniversary celebration become public, fans will just have to accept that Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo might just prefer a more quiet celebration.
