The company has extended the expiration date to 5:00 p.m. eastern time on June 3, 2016 to raise the balance of the $2,500,000 allowed under the offering. The offering of the Series C-3 Voting Convertible Preferred Stock is priced at $0.25 per share and is being offered in a private placement pursuant to Rule 506(c) promulgated by the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”). The offering is being made only to “accredited investors” as defined in Rule 501(a) of Regulation D under the Securities Act.
