HOUSTON, March 06, 2018 -- Vantage Drilling International ("Vantage" or the "Company") today announced that it has rescheduled its conference call to discuss operating results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2017, originally scheduled for 10:00 AM Eastern Time on March 8, 2018, to 10:00 AM Eastern Time on March 29, 2018. Vantage plans to release earnings before the market opens on March 29, 2018. This extension is not audit-related or event-driven, rather the Company has decided to take advantage of the time it has available to complete and file its annual report on a timely basis. Vantage's earnings release will be posted to the Vantage website at www.vantagedrilling.com. The Company intends to file its annual report on Form 10-K on March 29, 2018.
