Dr. Asanka Gunasekara is an academic in Management in the Swinburne Business School. She teaches a range of business management subjects including, Introduction to Management, HRM, Organisational Behaviour and Industry Engagement units. Her research areas are skilled migrant studies, psychological well-being, mindfulness and work engagement. Prior to joining academia, Asanka works in the industry in the areas of Human Resources Management and Financial Accounting.
