Evelyn comes from a very diverse professional background with experiences in both the academia, private and public sectors. She had also worked and provided consulting services to corporate and public sectors.
Her work has won numerous international awards during her tenure in academia. Utilising the skills and knowledge she has obtained from her previous positions, Evelyn is now a Research Fellow at GLOBE (World Health Organisation Collaborating Centre for Obesity Prevention), Deakin University. Her research interests are in the fields of food policy, food environment, and obesity prevention.
