I’m currently at University of Bristol as a Chair in Materials Science and Engineering. Before that I was at Exeter University (6 years) and Manchester University and UMIST (16 years).
My research interests are in cellulose structure and physical properties, natural fibre composites and nanocomposites, sustainable materials, biomimetics and decolonisation of STEM subjects.
