Dr Minglu Chen is a senior lecturer in the Department of Government and International Relations at the University of Sydney. She received her Ph.D. In International Studies from the University of Technology, Sydney in 2007. She is the author of Tiger Girls: Women and Enterprise in the People’s Republic of China (Routledge, 2011) and co-editor of Middle Class China: Identity and Behaviour (Edward Elgar, 2013).
