After setting up and running a successful archaeology consultancy for ten years - I completed a PhD in entrepreneurship, and moved into academia. This was quite a change from managing a staff of 58, and running multi-million euro infrastructure projects! I am currently Deputy Head of Research and Enterprise (Marketing, Enterprise and Tourism).
