Tamar holds a Doctorate in communication and media studies and currently holds a position as a senior instructor in Eastern Mediterranean University. She also holds a Faculty position in Kaduna State University. Her research interests spread across social media movements, peace journalism and political communication. Through research, she hopes to provide insights into how young people in Africa can bypass the established structures that marginalized them and create their own path to power and progressive governance.
