Dr Burlinson is a Lecturer in Energy Economics at Norwich Business School and a member of the Centre for Competition Policy. Andrew has published scholarly articles in Research Policy and Energy Economics exploring consumer decision-making, the adoption of energy efficient technologies and the impact of fuel poverty on health and financial well-being. He has worked on several projects funded by Ofgem, the EPSRC and CERRE.
