Associate Doctoral Researcher in Environmental Economics, Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research
Franziska is an Associate Doctoral Researcher at the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research and the Technical University of Berlin, where she pursues her doctoral studies in Environmental Economics. Her research is concerned with the design and evaluation of climate change mitigation measures, especially carbon pricing, in light of income and wealth inequality and challenging political economy conditions. She also researches the potential of economic instruments in the transition towards sustainable and climate-friendly diets. Franziska holds an MSc in Philosophy and Public Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Münster University, Germany.
