Jonathan is head coach at endurance sport coaching company, Breakaway Coaching and Analytics (BCA). He was also a cyclist riding for a semi-professional race team at a national level.
His main interest is exercise physiology within the context of endurance sports and how to advance performance with the optimal training regime. While also researching the difference between finishers and non-finishers in marathon runners.
He has an MSc from University of Exeter in Sport and Health Science and a BSc from University of South Wales in Sport and Exercise Science.
