Zara is a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. She is an Associate Professor at Nottingham Business School, NTU, where she teaches Executive & Corporate programmes and conducts research aimed at improving employees' performance and well-being at work. Her research interests include talent development, diversity management, managing health & wellbeing at work, and organisational culture/behaviour change.
In addition to her academic role, Zara is Head of Research at Kiddy & Partners Ltd, a firm of Business Psychologists specialising in leadership assessment and development, and part of the Gateley Group.
