I am a Senior Research Fellow in social and organisational psychology at the University of Queensland. My research agenda investigates how people survive and thrive in complex contexts, including organisations and workplaces, mass events, and healthcare systems.
My research is informed by the social identity approach. My research program produces theory-informed and industry-relevant science that leads to real world change for people, organisations and systems. I am also a practising Clinical Psychologist and registered health practitioner.
