Providing design flexibility, the vacuum stems and load-leveling extensions have threads on the I.D. and O.D. to compensate for uneven loads, and the spring-loaded suspensions cushion the pickup. Allowing machine builders to meet demanding applications, ANVER SLSA Spring Level Compensators permit the use of flat cups for faster release and can mate with various types of fittings, ball swivels, vacuum generators, sensing valves, and related components.
Brackets are available that allow our cups and SLSA Level Compensators to be integrated into aluminum extrusion systems in a simple, low cost manner. These types of brackets are not available from other companies because it is specific to our vacuum cup suspensions. Our brackets are made of tumbled and anodized 1/4″ (6 mm) aluminum, and our ANVER SLSA Series Spring Level Compensators fit right into the end. These brackets are designed to be used with any number of aluminum extrusion systems manufactured by other companies and are designed for inch or metric, 25 mm, 28 mm and approx. 40 mm sizes. Simply add two typical 8 mm bolt clamps (not included) for your particular brand to easily make an EOAT (end of arm tool). The brackets can be adjusted and locked into position on the top or bottom of the extrusion rail.
ANVER SLSA Spring Level Compensators are priced depending on size: http://anver.com/vacuum-components/suspensions/
