Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt News & Update: ‘Maleficent’ Actress Does Not Regret Leaving Her Ex

Does Angelina Jolie really regret splitting up with Brad Pitt? OK! magazine has recently published an article about the estranged couple and they claimed that the decision to file a divorce from Brad has left Angelina feeling devastated.

The publication said that Angelina didn’t want the split to be permanent, but Brad doesn’t want to get back together with her now that he is sober and going to therapy. Apparently, “Maleficent” is so desperate that she is willing to do anything to make things right with her ex.

The OK! Magazine article makes it sound like Angelina Jolie is going over the edge as she tries to deal with her separation from Brad Pitt, but Gossip Cop has reported that this isn’t true at all after they reached out to sources close to Angelina.

“The tabloid’s premise makes very little sense. Jolie and Pitt have been engaged in a nasty custody battle for quite some time, and the actress has even been accused of keeping the kids away from their father. In fact, a judge ruled in June that Jolie could lose primary custody of the children if she doesn’t allow Pitt to spend more time with them,” Gossip Cop noted in their fact-checking report. “As of last week, Pitt and Jolie began child custody evaluations to finalize their arrangement. It certainly doesn’t sound like Jolie has ever had any intention of wanting to reconcile.”

Well, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are currently embroiled in a nasty custody battle over their children, and it’s hard to imagine Angelina feeling anything other than animosity towards Brad after their very public argument regarding child support a few months ago. A lot of people want to see the two get back together, but that is not happening because it is going to take a lot of work for them to repair their relationship.
