Due to the added complexity of the Company’s recent acquisition of the agency business of its manager, Arbor Commercial Mortgage, LLC, the Company will now file its 10-Q for the third quarter on Wednesday, November 9th, and the earnings call and the Company’s release of its third quarter 2016 financial results have been rescheduled to coincide with the filing of the Company’s 10-Q. The third quarter earnings call was previously scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Friday, November 4, 2016.
