HOUSTON, April 26, 2017 -- Archrock, Inc., (NYSE:AROC) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.12 per share of common stock, a rate of $0.48 per share on an annualized basis, to be paid on May 16, 2017 to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 9, 2017.
The dividend to be paid in May 2017 is unchanged from the fourth-quarter 2016 dividend.
