SAN RAMON, Calif., July 27, 2017 -- Armanino LLP, one of the top 25 largest accounting and business consulting firms in the U.S., today announced it has earned Inavero’s Best of AccountingTM Award for superior client service for the second year in a row. Results were based on the firm’s Net Promoter Score (NPS), a customer satisfaction survey used to measure the loyalty that exists between a provider and a business. Net Promoter Scores are used by more than two-thirds of Fortune 1000 companies, and often act as a leading indicator of an organization’s growth.
Armanino’s 55 NPS is more than three times higher than the accounting industry average of 18, and places the firm scores closest to household name brands American Express, Amazon, Acura, Nikon and Rackspace. Armanino is one of only two top 100 accounting firms to achieve a Best of Accounting Client Satisfaction designation.
“Prioritizing client success is ingrained in our firm culture,” said Andy Armanino, managing partner of Armanino LLP. “The fact that our NPS triples the industry average validates that we are achieving our goal of making a positive impact on our clients by providing maximum value.”
Armanino’s Net Promoter Score was calculated from nearly 500 client surveys. A client of Armanino’s, JMark Jenkins, vice president of finance at Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy, shared, “We hired Armanino because we were impressed by their thought leadership and we wanted a firm to partner with us on strategic issues. We haven't been let down.”
Another client said, “I've never experienced a compromise in the level of services Armanino’s provided. I am very grateful for this important and strategic partnership,” added Mary Shinault of Think Now Inc.
