Chantilly, VA, Feb. 27, 2018 -- Associa Community Management Corporation (CMC) announced the promotion of Andrew Hilton to director of Associa OnCall (AOC). Mr. Hilton will serve several branches including CMC, Select Community Services (SCS), Legum & Norman (L&N) and the Resorts Division.
Mr. Hilton has more than 15 years of industry experience including serving residential and commercial companies in various roles. Those roles ranged from business owner to corporate employee, earning promotion to the executive level of senior project manager, for a national homebuilder. In his new position, Mr. Hilton will develop and implement field services policies and procedures to maximize efficiency, reliability, timeliness, and cost effectiveness. He will also work closely with the clients to successfully accommodate business needs and ensure successful outcomes.
AOC is Associa’s maintenance division that provides maintenance services to associations and homeowners throughout North America. AOC is comprised of local teams that are professional, friendly and courteous to all clients, residents and communities. They provide a suite of services including maintenance inspections, one-on-one consultation, hourly and contracted rates, project oversight and interior and exterior restoration.

Mr. Hilton obtained an Associate degree from Southern Maine Technical College and a Class A License for Residential and Commercial Construction.
