“Infinity War's” significance to the modern comic book movie industry is undeniable, with all fans still hoping that their favorite characters are still alive when the “Avengers 4” comes in 2019. This tension is what keeps fans on the lookout for spoilers and leaks, one of which seems to suggest that Tom Hiddleston's Loki will be alive in the upcoming installment.
In a story covered by ScreenRant, a recent Reddit post – which has since been removed – apparently contained the narrative details of the upcoming “Avengers 4.” According to Express, Reddit posts are rarely taken down unless the posts conflict with an existing community rule, or a complaint against the contents of the posts is filed. The sudden disappearance of the post puts the credibility of the leak in limbo between an extreme possibility and a complete bogus.
The “Avengers 4” leak details that The Quantum Realm, a reunion for Tony Stark (Robert Downey, Jr.) and Steve Rogers (Chris Evans), and the return of Clint Barton (Jeremy Renner) all play an important role in the upcoming movie's plot. But it is the “Avengers 4” trailer descriptions where things get interesting.
Two of the scenes described in the trailer leak mention Tom Hiddleston's Loki – who was killed off early in the “Infinity War” movie. The first scene seems to be a flashback to the Battle of New York, where Loki faced off for the first time against the Avengers. But a second scene which does not seem to be a flashback in “Avengers 4” describes Loki and Thor (Chris Hemsworth) fighting together against the Chitauri, with Tony and Steve in the background with them.
Fans have been heavily invested in getting Tom Hiddleston to confirm his involvement in “Avengers 4” for quite some time already. Unfortunately for them, the Loki actor is just as clueless – or at least he claims to be – about his character's fate in the upcoming Marvel movie.
