BTS once again proved that they are the biggest boy band in the world when they made another record. Their film titled “Bring The Soul: The Movie” will be released to around 110 countries, and worldwide release gave them the new record for the widest worldwide cinema event.
While many films from Hollywood are also being released worldwide, the number of countries where the BTS movie is set to premiere is the highest ever. This was produced by Big Hit Entertainment and will be distributed worldwide by the Trafalgar Releasing, the market leader in global event distribution.
BTS’ movie premiere
The BTS “Bring The Soul: The Movie” will premiere on Aug. 7, and most of the cinemas will run the film until Aug. 11 only. According to Variety, it is like a documentary that will show how the group prepared and carried out their world tour. In particular, it will show the BTS’ “Love Yourself: Speak Yourself” tour in Europe. It was directed by Park Jun Soo and co-produced by Big Hit with Camp Entertainment.
The tickets for the “Bring The Soul: The Movie” was already released beforehand, and with it being sold out, it was said that some cinemas might extend the showing days so more fans could watch. Some of the countries that will run the movie include the U.S., U.K., Brazil, Mexico, Germany, Japan, France, the Philippines, and India. This latest movie may top their first one that grossed around $18.5 million in the box office. BTS’ “Burn the Stage” ousted One Direction for the box office record.
BTS is on break
The boy band is currently resting and expected to embark on the next leg of their world tour once they return after two months. RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook are taking some time off to refresh and take care of their wellness. During their tour, there have been few injuries within the team, and the hiatus will give them the time to heal completely and be fully charged when they set out for another round of tours and promotions around the world.
